WARRIOR FOR PEACE (8) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fourth over 7½f at Rosehill. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the extra ground looks a big plus. Major contender. SILENT CALL (2) finished third two runs back at Ipswich then improved last time out to score by 0. 6 lengths over 1m1/4f at Ipswich. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. SPENZALOT (7) built on a nice second two starts back at Beaumont (Newcastle) with success over 1m3f at Scone two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 8 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. HOLY HELL (4) scored last start at Wagga to make it three wins from five starts this campaign. Up a notch here but cannot be underestimated.
