Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will prove tough to beat. PERSIAN WONDER (2) tackled the Canonbury Stakes over 5½f at Rosehill last time out when fresh from a lay-off and was beaten 3. 5 lengths into sixth by Hidrix. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will be tough to hold out. OUTSPAN (1) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 1. 3 lengths over 5½f at Rosehill. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Drawn out a bit but he looks sure to be in the mix. SEQUINNED (9) had admirers on debut last time out over 5f at this track but was safely held in seventh, beaten 7 lengths. Deserves another chance.
