GALANO (4) is a talented type yet to taste defeat after two runs this campaign, the latest over 7¾f at Canterbury. Kept fresh for this and looks the testing material again. MORNINGTON PIER (12) did his best work late to score by 1.75 lengths last start over 7¾f at Randwick Kensington at the second run this prep. A third win from three this campaign looks on the cards. NARBOLD (11) finished second two runs back at Rosehill then improved last time out to score by a neck over 7¾f at Randwick Kensington. It doesn't get any easier but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. SEVEN'S (13) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 0.6 lengths over 7¾f at Canterbury. Fitter for that last hitout and cannot be ruled out.
