TENDERIZE (3) improved sharply on his fifth two starts back at Rosehill with success over 6½f at Rosehill two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.2 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling. MAILATA (16) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Gosford, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. PRESIDES (20) finished second when resuming two runs back at Kembla Grange then progressed nicely last time out to score by a nose over 6f at Newcastle. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. NORTHERN EYES (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Wyong, beaten 5 lengths into fourth. Has his share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
