IKNOWASTAR (3) went forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just 0.7 lengths from the winner in second over 1m in the LR Tattersall's Mile at Eagle Farm. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to figure in the finish. TAMERLANE (1) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when eighth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 7f in the LR Civic Stakes at Warwick Farm. Will strip fitter and will be tough to beat. KING OF THE CASTLE (7) hasn't been far away lately, beaten 2 lengths at his most recent appearance when fifth over 1m at Flemington. Takes on a better field this time but he should be involved in the finish. FLYING CRAZY (10) settled well back and never threatened when ninth over 7f in the LR Civic Stakes at Warwick Farm just a week-and-a-half ago. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
