CHAMPAGNE TONIGHT (3) turned in a good effort on debut nine months ago when 1.75 lengths away in third at Cranbourne over 5f. Has not been to the races since that outing. Has the inside gate and is expected to prove tough to beat. DIVA ROUGE (4) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 5f at Taree in a tougher race. Promising type with improvement to come so she should be in the finish again. IT STAYS IN VEGAS (9) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 5f at Tamworth. Should cross from wide out. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HARD RATTLE (5) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f at Taree. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
