WHITE WAVES (9) got a long way back when 17 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7f at Newcastle last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth on debut at Muswellbrook the run before. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. MOANA GOLD (6) has been about the mark without winning, the latest offering a third over 6½f at Scone. Can take this out without surprising.
