FORMAL (3) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 5f at this track. Has to overcome a tricky draw. Won't find this as tough so he is sure to be there at the business end. VIACONI (1) is a maiden with three minor placings to his name. Could not improve on that record when resuming last start, winding up in fifth over 5½f at Canterbury. Sure to strip fitter this time around. Will find this much easier. Will be hard to stop. Set Weights EET PATRIOT (8) held on well to finish second when when resuming from a break last time out over 5f at Nowra after leading for much of the way. One of the main contenders. SHAROHA (12) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Nathan Doyle barn. Resumes after finishing seventh at Pakenham at her last run a year ago. Placed in a recent trial and is in a nice race. Has to be respected.
