EVENING BRIDE (3) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing fifth at Morphettville and beaten 2.5 lengths. This is far easier. Well placed so expecting a strong run. UTILITARIAN (9) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten a nose, over 5f at this track. Has a strong record at this course, scoring two times from four starts. Should be in the finish. TYDEUS (8) has been thereabouts recently, the latest result a fourth beaten 1.4 lengths at this track over 5f. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. One to consider. MESSERSCHMITT (2) showed little early speed last start then lengthened in good style in the straight to finish third at this track over this journey. Expected to feature again.
