CHEF DE MISSION (1) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 6f at this track. Likely improver with strong prospects. LAVA LAD (7) improved sharply on his seventh two starts back at this track with a win over 6½f at Ceduna six days ago, getting home by a head. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role. RIVERSIDE ROCK (13) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a sixth over 5f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot return to winning ways. KINGSON (5) ran a better race last start, finishing 3.5 lengths away in sixth over 5f at this track. Well placed to bounce back.
