Race Tip

CROWS (1) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by a nose over 6½f at York. Fitter for that last hitout and will be a tough nut to crack again. ANOTHER NEPHEW (2) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 31 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 1m1 1/2f at York. Taking on a better field but he is sure to play a feature role. OSCAR WINNER (4) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 4 lengths back in fourth over 6½f at this track. Will push forward and is among the chances. HUNDRED YARDS (3) tackled a dirt track for the first time last start when out of the placings over 7f at Carnarvon, 3 lengths away from the winner. Handled this surface nicely last time and can sneak into the finish.
