NICCIMOTA (4) showed good early speed then led into the straight when fresh from a lay-off last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 5f at Belmont Park. Well-placed and is going to prove tough to run down. BUDERIM (5) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing third and beaten 1.4 lengths over 6f at Bunbury. Has upside and can open his account. DEFINE BEAUTIFUL (2) was prominent at the corner and finished third last time over 5f at Belmont Park when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 3.5 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. PRINCE (3) recorded his first win when resuming last start over 4¾f at Bunbury All Weather, getting home by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Natasha Faithfull was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders.
