MARACAIBO SUN (7) is a talented galloper who is unbeaten in two runs this time in, the latest at Nowra over 1m. Expected to be in the finish again. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (4) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fifth, beaten 4 lengths, over 7f27yards at Moruya. Sure to prove tough to stop. STUPENDO (6) got well back over 6f at Moruya last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 4.5 lengths away in seventh. This is a nice drop in grade so he is sure to be prominent. HOW'S IT KEV (2) didn't do a bad job when second last start over 1m at Orange. That followed a win at Orange the start prior. Expect a better run this time.
