HIT SQUAD (3) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 1m at Kilmore. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Expected to be in the finish. DUNTULM LASS (7) failed to make an impression last time out, settling well back and finishing seventh over 7½f at Caulfield Heath. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be tough to hold out. JEZEBEL JENNI (8) is fitter for two runs back from a lay-off, progressing nicely last time to finish third, beaten 2 lengths, at Bendigo over 7½f. Rates highly on best figures and has the blinkers removed. Should be in the finish. DR DAVINCI (2) was in contention on the corner and finished third last time over 1m at Seymour, beaten 2. 25 lengths. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat.
