LIM'S SMYTHE (1) failed to run a strong 1m2f last start after a close third over 1m1f at Caulfield Heath the run prior. Freshened for this so is capable of a lot more this time. QUELLO DORATO (5) followed an unplaced effort two starts back with a third last start over 7½f at Geelong. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
