Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. EMPRESS OF THE SUN (6) turned in a solid run on debut last start, beaten a long neck into third at Kilmore over 7f62yards. Has plenty of upside so another top-three finish is on the cards. SALTBURN (5) finished second last start over 7f27yards at Geelong, beaten 0.8 lengths. Meets a stronger field but he is capable of a big run.
