IMPENDING DIAMOND (13) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 5.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f152yards at Geelong. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is good enough to play a major role. MR MAGNUS (5) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to just miss out over 5f at Sale. Strong finish expected again here. TORONLUCA (10) drifted back from her wide draw when resuming last time then hit the line hard to finish third at Cranbourne over 5f. Among the chances again. TOROPEAK (11) turned in a strong performance when resuming when in the money at this track but disappointed last time when sixth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Geelong over 6f. Well placed and should be thereabouts.
