BENAMERA (4) is still a maiden after eight starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 7½f at Goulburn following a minor placing at Mudgee over 7f the run prior. Finds a nice race and gets the chance to break through. MONEY WHEEL (2) wound up strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 7f at this track. Should be near his peak for this. This is a nice race and he can go one better. OTONO (10) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 4 lengths when fifth over 6f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. LEGRIS (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.2 lengths from the winner in second over 7f at Tamworth. Another forward showing is anticipated.
