Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. SIR Set Weights AY (3) finished eighth over this distance, beaten 3 lengths, at his latest outing. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring six times from 11 starts. Easier assignment this time. Leading contender. EXTREMELY LUCKY (2) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when tenth, beaten 4 lengths, over 5f in the LR Bob Hoysted Hcp at Flemington. Todd Pannell gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. TAUNTING (1) pushed forward from a wide draw last time out and was prominent for a long way before fading to finish fourth over 5½f in the LR Manihi Classic at Morphettville. Can feature in the finish.
