Race Tip

PYGMALION (3) is back after a break of six months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at his latest appearance over 5f at Ascot. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Lark Hill trial. Ready for a bold run. VIVALDA (6) knuckled down strongly to get within 1.2 lengths of the winner in third last start over 6f at Bunbury. Solid prospects. SALTY MISS (4) is back after a break of six-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished fifth over 6f at Ascot. Opened last prep with a minor placing at Bunbury over 5½f. Has trialled two times leading into this. Nicely placed and can get off the mark. GABEX (9) is a daughter of Spirit Of Boom out of We's Done who was purchased for AUD $ 140,000 (Inglis 2023 Australian Weanling Sale). Ran sixth in a trial at Belmont Park over 5f. Worth watching for a betting move.
