SAMAKA (7) was well fancied on debut last start but found one better over 6½f at Canberra. Has plenty of upside so a big run is anticipated. HARRYBEGOOD (12) returns to his home track after a fair run in town last time when fifth at Randwick Kensington. Will appreciate a drop in grade. Best form puts him right in this. TUSCANY (9) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) when he did his best work late, beaten 1. 75 lengths. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. ADENAUER (1) has not raced since his debut back on November 19 when he finished fifth over 6f at Canterbury. Worth following up.
