BARRENGARRY (5) wound up strongly last time out to finish a long neck adrift in third over 7f at Kembla Grange when coming back from a break. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be tough to stop. COOL SUMMER NIGHTS (11) finished second, beaten half a length, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f122yards at Taree after she was in the firing line on the corner. Steps up a level but she is capable of running a bold race. SHE'S A DAME (10) rolled forward last time out and boxed on to finish a neck from the winner in third at Kembla Grange over 7½f. Will be in this for a long way. ALMONZO (4) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 3. 5 lengths into fourth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
