Meets a stronger field but she is worth another chance. GOLD GLOBE (2) wasn't disgraced in city class last time when finishing sixth at Canterbury. Will find this easier than last start. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. GIGI (8) is a two-year-old filly on debut by Maurice from Defy The Odds who has been a wonderful producer including a winner at G1 level. Coming along well at the trials with a minor placing at her most recent at Hawkesbury. Sure to be well-educated, being from the John O'shea & Tom Charlton stable. Should get all the favours from this good gate and is ready to run well. ANTHROPOID (1) resumes from a lay-off of four months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 5½f in the G3 Golden Gift at Rosehill. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Rosehill trial. Has ability so don't underestimate.
