GYRA (4) is a eight-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 5 lengths when fourth over 6f at Gosford. Improvement to come and this is her chance to break through. ALREADY BLUE (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Tamworth, beaten 8 lengths into eighth after being in contention on the turn. This is a nice drop in grade so he is a major player. RADIO GA GA (6) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 6 lengths into ninth over 6¼f at Taree. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. ARABIAN MELODY (3) closed last prep with a seventh over 6f at Swan Hill on September 19 2023. Worth noting that she opened the last campaign with a minor placing at Echuca over 5½f. Will find this a little tougher but cannot be underestimated.
