WAL'S ME MATE (2) recorded his first win when resuming last start over 5f at Wyong, getting home by 3 lengths. Tom Sherry was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Nicely placed to double the win tally. LAST DRUID (1) is returning from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Finished sixth at Wyong over 5f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Tracey Bartley. Placed in a recent trial. Can measure up at the first run for a new barn.
