Has a wide gate to overcome but she should be in the finish. WITHSTAND (3) ran below expectations last time after being in the firing line on the corner at Tamworth, finishing ninth and beaten 2.75 lengths starting at 9/2. Finds a nice race and can make amends. SUNNY'S GIRL (8) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing sixth last start over 6½f at Taree seven weeks ago. Will find this assignment a little tougher but is one of the contenders. CALIDO MAGIC (1) ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 6f at Port MacQuarie after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Capable of featuring prominently.
