STARDEEL (7) is a maiden galloper resuming. After a lay-off of six months. Closed last campaign with a fourth over 5½f at Hawkesbury, beaten one length. Fitter for two lead-up trials, including a win. Looks set for a bright return. BELLA CORAZON (9) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6¼f at Canterbury, beaten 1.75 lengths. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. NOCTUA (18) is returning from a lay-off of ten months. Finished fourth at Canberra over 6f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer G Waterhouse & A Bott. Placed in a recent trial. Solid top-three hope. INSINUATE (11) is a well-related three-year-old filly on debut. By Snitzel from Sin Sin Sin who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Was in the placings in her most recent trial at Canterbury. Importantly has a nice gate and should be about the money.
