Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. ROCKBARTON ICON (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 13 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1m1 1/4f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race. KOSUKE (7) came from well back on the bend and hit the line strongly to score over 1m1 1/4f at this track last time out. Key runner who can get home hard into the finish. KERVETTE (4) produced a reasonable effort when third last start over 1m at Randwick. That followed a win at Wyong the start prior. Worth another chance.
