DEION (5) displayed plenty of early toe over 7f at Dubbo last time and dug deep to score by a head. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. INDIFFERENCE (1) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten a head, over 1m2f at Coffs Harbour. Sure to give a sight. LOCKDOWN GAMBLE (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7f at Dubbo, beaten 2.75 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. SMOOTH ESPRIT (4) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 3 lengths into fourth over 7f at Dubbo. Better than recent efforts suggest.
