SAINTLY SANDS (8) made a strong late bid only to just miss last start over 7f at Tamworth. Has race fitness on her side now. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BLACKFISH (11) finished second at Forbes two runs back but was less effective last time over 7½f at Muswellbrook, finishing 3.5 lengths back in sixth after being prominent at the corner. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. GHAZNAVI (3) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m at Tamworth after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to take this out. PATHELIA (12) failed to figure again last time over 1m3/4f at Muswellbrook, beaten 10 lengths into eighth. Will drift back but wind up late. Can run on into the finish.
