SOLITARIO (2) broke through for his maiden win over 6½f at Scone last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Handy draw will assist and a bold showing is expected. ZELESTIAL (5) returned from a break last start and drifted well back before closing powerfully to score over 6f at Tamworth, getting home by half a length. Will be tough to hold out again. WASTED DAYS (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 0.6 lengths away in third over 5½f at Dubbo. Looks well placed so expect another big run. SNITZENEGGER (7) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7¼f at Quirindi, scoring by a nose. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
