AIRBURST (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Gosford, beaten 4. 5 lengths into seventh. Won't find this as tough so she is sure to be prominent. TRIBBIANI (3) is yet to break through after 13 starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 5f at Ballina. Has the addition of blinkers. Shapes as one of the top chances. AWEIGH (6) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in sixth over 6f at Gold Coast. Expected to feature in the finish this time. ZWEIGELT (5) is a three-year-old gelding at the races for the first time. From a strong family that has produced at black type level, being by Vino Rosso from Medgrinda. Coming along well at the trials with a minor placing at his most recent at Deagon. Comes out of the the strong juvenile stable of Matthew Dunn. Looks one of the better chances despite an awkward stall.
