BAILS (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 1m1f at Gold Coast last time, getting there by 1. 5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and she can go on with it. CHAMPAGNE ROUGE (5) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fifth over 1m1/2f at Ipswich after she was prominent at the corner. First try at the trip but she strips fitter and is ready to show what she can do. PERRI LASS (7) is a consistent performer with three minor placings from four starts this time in work. Was in the firing line all the way and finished one length from the winner in third last time out over 1m1/4f at Ipswich. Finds the right race this time and can find winning form. STEEL IMPACT (9) was beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 1m2 1/4f at Doomben last time out. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
