NEXT PAY RUN (1) finished 0. 9 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being in the firing line on the bend over 1m at Grafton, an improvement on her 11th at Newcastle the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. VETOED (5) had been racing well with four consecutive placings before last start managing only fifth over 6f70yards at Ballina. Should camp just off the leaders. Should give backers a sight.
