COOL STAR (5) finished out of the money two starts back then she was always well out of her ground and was beaten 4 lengths when sixth in a 1m3/4f contest at Geelong two weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. STARRY DESERT (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3f at Donald, beaten 2. 5 lengths into fifth after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to take this out. ZEACTION (2) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage ninth over 1m2 1/2f at Ballarat Synthetic. Look for a better run this time out. INFER (3) got the prize two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when sixth over 1m at Wodonga, beaten 6 lengths. In contention this time.
