SIOUX WARRIOR (1) raced on the pace last start before fading to finish ninth, beaten 5 lengths, over 6f at Morphettville. Expected to do much better. MY HARUCONI (4) has been in the market at her last couple of starts since resuming but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing seventh over 4½f at this track. Open to improvement and is among the chances. REINE OF NINE (7) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 4½f at this track, finishing second and beaten 1.5 lengths when she worked home well. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. VAMPIRE SLAYER (9) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Mildura, beaten a neck. Meets a stronger field but she is up to the task.
