Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. THE HASS (9) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by one length when resuming last time out over 5½f at Morphettville. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. CADBOLL (1) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 5½f at Ballarat Synthetic, scoring by half a length. Will be better for that latest run and is among the leading chances. RIVKIN (4) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Warrnambool but couldn't back it up last start when tenth, beaten 11 lengths, over 5f at Sandown-Hillside. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
