DE LOUVIERE (3) ran below expectations last time after being in the firing line on the bend at Wyong, finishing seventh and beaten 7 lengths starting at 5/1. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. BUSH TELEGRAPH (2) was never in contention when 4 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m at Dubbo last start, a less impressive effort than her fifth at Muswellbrook the run before. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. WOLF CLUB (5) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at Warren with success over 1m2 1/2f at Tamworth three weeks ago, getting home by 0.6 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. WILL TO EXCEL (4) produced another moderate effort last start when 8 lengths from the winner in 13th over 1m4 1/2f at Ipswich. The engagement of Mathew Cahill is a positive move. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
