LEGRIS (9) returned from a break with a solid fourth, winding up late at the end of 6f at Gosford after settling well back. Look for another barnstorming finish. GHAZNAVI (5) is backing up nine days after finishing third over 7f at Tamworth. Good effort last start and is capable of taking this out. LAST LALIQUE (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 6½f at Scone. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. BONNIE AND BRUCE (2) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1m at Coonamble. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
