CHASING DAYLIGHT (6) showed good early speed when resuming last start over this journey at this track (Dirt) before finishing third, beaten 9 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. TOOTSIE TOES (8) did a great job to score by 5 lengths over this course and distance last time out to continue her outstanding recent form. Steps up a level but she is up to the task. BOOTSY'S MERLOT (2) bounced back last start and landed the prize by 4 lengths after being in contention on the turn over 1m1/4f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt). Ideally placed and is sure to prove tough to beat again. HOT DAME (5) finished second at Hawthorne two runs back but was less effective last time over 7½f at Hawthorne (Turf), finishing 29 lengths back in eighth. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
