LADY YARROW (5) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner when when resuming last start over 6f at Wagga. Will take a lot from that hitout. Has the talent to figure prominently. CHOCECLAIR (9) settled well back and never came on when resuming last start, finishing seventh and beaten 6 lengths over 6f at Kembla Grange. Won't find this as tough so she is perfectly placed to score. DOORALONG (1) stepped out on his debut over 5½f at Nowra two weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 1.1 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply. DENI LASS (4) returns from the paddock after failing to impress on debut running 1.1 lengths behind She Within at this track over 6f. Rates a place chance.
