ADOLPHUS (2) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 3 lengths over 7f at Wagga. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looks well placed and he is likely to feature in the finish again. HIGHLAND EIGHTGEE (7) is a 10-start maiden who finished ninth at his most recent outing over 1m at Newcastle. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. BUFF MOBILE (1) led into the straight last start over 1m2 1/2f at Goulburn but could not sustain the pressure and finished sixth. Drawn well close to the inside and deserves another chance. CHAMP PROFOND (3) comes here following a win over 6½f at Boorowa three weeks ago, getting home by 0.9 lengths. Must be respected.
