MERCHANT BOSS (3) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when seventh, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Murray Bridge over 7f. Has raced two times at this course and distance and is yet to be beaten. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. INDIAN JEWEL (9) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish sixth, beaten 8 lengths, over 1m at Sandown-Lakeside. Among the chances and will be tough to stop. BIT OF A REBEL (8) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign to finish just 1.1 lengths from the winner in second over 7f at Murray Bridge. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
