Among the leading chances. COLMAR (1) continues to race well with a win in a at Murray Bridge before finishing 1.5 lengths away in second last time over 7f in the LR Oaklands Plate at this track. Should park just off the speed. Will prove tough to beat. HEINOUS (7) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fifth over 6½f in the LR Oxlade Stakes at Eagle Farm. Solid top-three hope. FOUR ACE (2) broke his maiden last start over 7f at Cranbourne when resuming, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder this time but still one to consider.
