TESER (7) narrowly missed last time when third over 7½f at Sandown-Hillside to add to a frustrating sequence of results. Has a fair record at this trip with a win and a minor placing so a well-deserved win is on the cards. BULAWAYO (10) returned from a lay-off three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 2.25 lengths into sixth over 6f at this track. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise. PRESSER (3) last appeared two-and-a-half weeks ago over 7f at Randwick Kensington when he finished seventh. This is his first run for the Gavin Bedggood stable. Worth plenty of thought. SIMEON (4) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start before tiring to finish eighth, beaten 2 lengths, over 7½f at Sandown-Hillside. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
