ZAMBEZI KHAN (9) was prominent on straightening and stuck on well to finish second last start over 7½f at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Billy Egan is a key engagement. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. MANNERHEIM (5) hit winning form last time to score over 1m2 1/2f at Wyong but tackles tougher grade here. Should be at top now and can measure up again. CHIMED (2) bounced back last start and scored by half a length as favourite over 1m3f at Hamilton. Going up a level this time but he is up to the challenge. PURVEYOR (10) drifted back from his wide draw last time then hit the line hard to finish second at Caulfield Heath over 1m1f. Will spot them a start but watch for him late.
