NURSERY CHIME (1) used the inside draw to advantage last start, sitting on the pace and going on to score over 7½f at Mornington last time out. Commendable record at this trip with a win and five minor placings and is right in this. FABERGE TZAR (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7½f at Mornington, beaten 11 lengths into 11th after being prominent at the corner. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BELLARCHI (4) accounted for a maiden field over 1m at Kilmore last start, finishing 1.75 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again. PODENTE (2) was beaten 2.5 lengths into sixth in a 7½f contest at Cranbourne at his latest appearance. Better than recent efforts suggest.
