SMASH (3) was prominent at the turn but failed to live up to expectations over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt) last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run prior. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. BOBBY G (6) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Thistledown but raced below expectations last time over 1m at this track (Dirt), finishing sixth and beaten 14 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is likely to play a big role. WAR NOVEL (1) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt), finishing 11 lengths from the winner in sixth. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be competitive. BOBBY'S GIFT (4) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1m1/4f at this track. This looks a good race for him and he is one of the key runners.
