CARABINERO (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Charles Town, beaten 16 lengths. Faces an easier assignment so he is a leading contender. IRISH UNITY (7) started at 2/1 last time but could only manage sixth, beaten 9 lengths, at this track over 5½f. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will give a great sight. SUMMERFEST (4) was safely held when third last time out over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. TAPSOLUTION (2) hit the frame two starts ago at Presque Isle Downs but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 14 lengths over 6f at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
