Has a decent record at this trip with three minor placings from four tries and is a key runner. POPA'S PRIDE (1) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 17 lengths from the winner in 11th over 6f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. BETRBREADY (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 11 lengths when seventh over 5f at this track seven weeks ago. This doesn't look as hard so he is likely to play a big role. GOTTA SCOOT (2) returns from a long lay-off and tackles a turf track for the first time. Opened last campaign with a fifth at Delta Downs (Dirt) over 5f. Sure to make her presence felt.
